Working Principle of Vertical Fertilizer Crusher:
The material enters from the feed inlet and collides with the high-speed rotating chain hammer in the casing. After the impact, the material is squeezed and broken, and then hits the inner wall of the casing and then collides with the chain hammer. This is in the process of falling. After several impacts, it becomes a powder and is discharged from the bottom.
The vertical crusher machine consists of a lower frame, casing, upper and lower shaft seats, main shaft, rotor disc, chain, hammer head, pulley, motor frame, and other parts. The power is driven by a triangular belt to rotate the main shaft. The main shaft has two bearing seats, which are installed at the upper and lower ends of the casing.
